The world camp is happier because you are here.

2010 World camp is at the peak in Busan. Volunteers who are leading the worldcamp shouts again. The world camp is described as "The place of meeting!, the origin of self-discovering, and the place where the hearts can be shared" by the volunteers.

At 5 when students become hungry after sightseeing, line up in the underground resturant. Volunteers who distribute food to students can be seen. Around 450 volunteers are aiding the worldcamp at their stations in vexco. Not only the station of food but the station of guiding which makes the atomosphere calm at the meeting time, the staton of secretary which excutes VIP, the station of interpreting for English, Chinese and Japanese speaking people. Also 19 in total invisible stations such as the station of stage performances, the station of environment, the station of visions and internet, the station of design, the station of medicine and etc go in gear to make the worldcamp.

"It is the first time for most volunteering students to attend the world camp. The students have the heart to learn, so they do everything that are asked. It is feasible for the students to have some complaints, but some students say, "Im a student staff. Ask me anything you want. I will do anything." Also there are some students who applied after listening to stories from the students who had done with the activity of oversea volunteering of Goodnews corps." The volunteers do volunteering works mostly, but they attend some world camp programs such as the lectures from celebrities, mind education and etc.

"I do arranging chiars and tables before the program starts. When I think about people smilingn  after entering this clean program hall, I can strengthen myself. Moreover, i receive the power of the heart by listening to the lectures. As I listen to the people who are older and smarter than I am, I can think about something that I could not do, so I think it is very beneficial." Volunteering stations may appear to be diverse, but it is divided into Interpreting guides and general staffs in a broad term. Interpreting guides is composed of the students who are outstanding in langueges, thus they take roles in instructions, exhibition, meeting and sightseeing. General staffs are composed of the students who have experiences in particular fields, or special abilities. One of volunteers in the station of visions said that the student once have sent an exhit to 영화제. Yoon Tae hyun the chief of vulunteers management admitted that the quality of management in World camp has improved becasuse of outstanding volunteers.

The second voluteers workshop in Busan following by 2009 the first workshop. Unexpectedly many volunteers and that with temperaments were gathered and it made everyone suprised. Park young joon the chief of the meeting who planned and propelled must  have different feelings and the hearts towards the students. I was curious about his wishes from the volunteers.

"Paul the appostle was confined to his own thought that he was right. When a man like that met Jesus, he discovered that he was a wrong person for the first time. In the same manner, I really hope the students to realize that whatever they are thinking of is wrong and become renewed after meeting IYF."

Volunteers are now something that can not be missing in the worldcamp. Just thier existence alone make people happy. I expect them to be like the light and the salt which cannot be misssing to people in the second week of the camp in Kyung book, Kim chen, and where ever IYF goes.
