In the beginning of last May, the face of a co pastor and brothers who came back from the faculty of youth became dark.

It was said by the minister of youth that the election date of the president and the date of the world camp is too close to each other that the camp is needed to be delayed.

The world camp in Rwanda seemed to be so obscure when the minister kept taking that as a matter because that implies the blockage of the route to the government. Moreover he was grieved in his heart about the place matter of the World Camp last year.

Finding a place two months prior to the World Camp was a big worry. Nothing could possibly be done but praying without the support from the faculty of youth. Thanks to the busy schedule of the minister, it was difficult to have an appointment to meet him though many tries were given.

One day, a Scrip-ture in Roman 8:37-39 which says "……" were shown by the co pastor. Despite of the fact that it was the administrator who had authority, our hearts could be encouraged by having the heart that the World Camp which God is delight in could not be stopped.

On 9th of June, Pastor Jo Sung Hwa from Kenya Nairobi church came to Rwanda. Matching with the schedule of the pastor who came to examine the World Camp, an appointment with the minister of youth was finally made. The minister who was always busy was free on Thursday the 10th by chance. Pastor Jo sung hwa said we need to receive grace from the minister.

On 10th at 4 in the afternoon, Pastor Jo sung hwa, two missionaries, two brothers and two short-term missionaries met the minister with throbbing hearts.

The minister of youth suggested his opinions very strongly. He said the world camp must be delayed or change the schedule with the other African countries. Pastor Jo Sung Hwa explained about the World Camp that is being held in 30 different countries to him, and suggested the one day delay of the World Camp. Thereupon the heart of the minister began to change by looking at our withdrawal behavior.

When Pastor Jo sung hwa explained about the activities of IYF such as the GBS broadcasting centre which was established in Kenya, the discussion between Pastor Park and the president of Malawi of building a hospital, Taekwondo and etc to him, he was very much impressed. He said it would be great if there is a broadcasting centre and a hospital in Rwanda as well, and asked us to distribute Tae kwon-do which can train both the body and the heart. Our hearts were overflowing with joy to see the minister changing in each hour when we went in with the heart to receive grace.



Furthermore the minister said he would propel the meeting of the president of Rwanda who is attempting to raise the youth of Rwanda to the heroes of next generation and Pastor Park who has already been doing the work. Moreover, we were surprised when a simple joining ceremony was suggested between the faculty of youth and IYF by him. A progressive willingness was shown and it was said by him that in order to have a better discussion about GBS and the establishment of hospitals, he would invite the minister of information communication and the minister of health.

On the way back to church, we joyfully talked about the grace of God that we've received and glorified God.

In that evening, brothers and sister in Rwanda listened to the word from pastor Jo Sung Hwa.

"It was all the will of God which sent Moses to Pharaoh, and Peter becoming a fisher man who could catch men. If He wants it, then it will work out."

"Though grace is something very easy, not many people have realized the fact that they are the ones who need grace. Noah was the only one who found grace in the eyes of God in his generation."

Pastor Jo Sung hwa said we are the ones who desperately need grace. Also, he said, for this World Camp is the work of God, we will definitely help us." By means of the problems that caused by the minister of youth, we could experience God instead. God wanted the young people in Rwanda listen to the word of the truth. That's why he leads the way so delicately that we could not even think of. The World Camp now is being prepared while feeling the love of God.
